1. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for any files, text or data you use with the tools, and for making sure you have the right to use them.

2. Accounts

Some features, such as saving history and favorites, need an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us at superbrainteamwork@gmail.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything illegal, or to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights
• process content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you have no right to use
• attempt to break, overload, scrape at high volume, reverse engineer or interfere with the Site or its security
• use the Site to send spam or distribute malware
• use the tools to create misleading or forged documents, such as fake salary slips, invoices or identity documents, for fraud or deception
• resell or redistribute the Site's tools as your own service without our written permission

We may limit or block access if we believe these rules are broken.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create or process with the tools. For tools that run in your browser, we do not receive your files. Where a feature does send content to us (for example, a message through the contact form or feedback form), you give us permission to use it only to provide the service and respond to you.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logos, code and tool interfaces belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as the law allows. Names and brands of other companies mentioned on the Site belong to their owners.

6. Accuracy of results and no professional advice

Tool results, especially calculators for finance, tax, loans, salary, health and engineering, are estimates based on the information you enter and standard formulas. Tax rules, interest rates and health guidelines change and vary by person and place.

The Site does not provide financial, legal, tax, medical or professional advice. Check important results and consult a qualified professional before making decisions. Health calculators are not a substitute for a doctor's advice.

7. Availability and changes

We try to keep the Site running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of interruptions. We may add, change or remove tools or features at any time, and we may change these terms, in which case the new effective date will appear at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping backups of your original files. File conversion, compression and editing may change or reduce quality.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its results. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Site in the past 12 months, which for free use is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Third-party services and links

The Site may include links to, or services from, third parties (such as hosting or analytics providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the Site or other users.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand, India, and courts in Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand, India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under mandatory local law.
